A family church with Jesus at its heart

Christian School Admissions in Hove

We are blessed with some amazing Christian schools in Brighton & Hove and as such it is a great joy to support the wonderful work that they do in sharing the love of Jesus Christ with many young people. We actively take a role in both Aldrington CofE Primary and Kings School. Via governance, pastoral and financial support.

If you are considering an admission to one of these schools via a faith place please make sure you check the admission criteria at least 3 years before you are considering applying.

To Register Your Church Attendance

Step 1:  Using the App

  • Download the free'You Here' app.

  • In the 'You Here' app choose 'Enroll' and enter 'spwb' as the event/class code.

  • When you come to a Sunday service open the app and click 'Check me in' to register your attendance (you will need to allow the app to access your location).

Step 2:  When the Application Date Comes

  • Visit the school's website and check that your attendance meets their faith admissions criteria. If it does...

  • Download their Supplementary Information Form (SIF) and fill in your information.

  • Contact us by email and send us the form. You will receive a reply arranging a meeting with the Rector to sign the form and complete the process.

Step 3:  Finally

At St. Peter’s we want to stress that church is not about ticking boxes for attendance and signing forms, it’s about exploring and deepening your relationship with Jesus along with your church family. However, schools can’t measure that on a form so they use attendance, which the bible agrees with to a certain extent!

‘…Let us consider how to spur one another towards love and good works, and let us not neglect to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encourage one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.’ Hebrews 10:24-25

Please pray with us for all families and children applying to and attending the schools in our city that God would bless them and bless the schools through them.
